The murder of Nusrat Jahan Rafi, a madrasa student of Feni, was pre-planned and it was done at the ‘instruction’ of the Madrasa principal Md Siraj Ud Dowla, said Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) yesterday. A total of 13 people, including two girls, were involved in setting fire to Nusrat, of them five masterminded the murder. Till now, police have arrested seven people in connection with the incident, said Banaj Kumar Majumder, Deputy Inspector General of police at a briefing at its PBI’s headquarters in Dhanmondi.
